Just as there are changing weather seasons throughout the year, there are also different economic cycles or seasons that can have either a positive or negative impact on our businesses. 
 
In this session, Michael will help us to become more aware of each economic season, including the signs for business leaders and their teams to look out for that indicate when the seasons are changing and understanding how to become more proactive for achieving the best outcomes during each season.
 
While the length of each economic season varies, the reality is that they will always come back around again, so understanding and working with them is a smart strategy for those who want to build a thriving, sustainable business.

In addition to coaching business owners, executives and the ActionCOACH Colorado Coaches, Michael is a frequent public speaker, workshop presenter & facilitator and is in the process of writing several books on the themes of ‘The Keys to Remembering, Embracing and Living Your Greatness’ and ‘Co-Creating a Life You LOVE, that’s Sustainable’.
 
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Michael served in senior-level Marketing, Sales, and Business & Product Development roles for nationally distributed Ad-supported, Premium Movie, Pay-Per-View Movie, Interactive TV, NVOD, VOD and High-Speed Internet Access Networks for over 20 years in the Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications Industries.
 
Michael lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his 2 beautiful daughters.
