The design team will incorporate the location’s open space into the building footprint, providing workers with easy access to fresh air and light.
Heightened customer service will also be a highlight of the building, which will be managed by Rise’s parent company Hospitality at Work (H@W), a Lowe company.

A Phased Development Plan
Development of Miller’s Landing will occur over seven to 10 years in four phases. The development’s core includes the new multi-tenant office building that meets healthy, new normal standards, retail and entertainment sites, a full-service resort hotel and conference center.
The core development will be surrounded by pad sites for single tenant corporate offices and medical uses. Pad sites range in size from 0.5 acres up to 12 acres.
