About the Company: Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., a general practice firm located in Castle Rock, CO, is seeking an experienced attorney with excellent courtroom skills to join our Civil Litigation law team.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Colorado Bar in Good Standing.
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-5 years of successful experience representing Civil Litigation clients.
- Excellent writing, advocacy skills, research, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients in a variety of Civil Litigation matters primarily related to business, real estate, and construction matters.
- Draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence.
- Draft written discovery requests and responses.
- Conduct legal research.
- Effectively communicate with clients to execute strategic plans and manage client expectations.
What we offer:
Compensation range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000, depending on skills and experience.
