Job Description:
- Provide financial planning and investment management services for existing and new clients.
- Participate in firm investment management, research, and asset allocation strategies.
- Acquire and develop new client relationships.
- Grow revenues year over year by engaging in business development activities including networking, social media, educational events, and strategic growth activities.
- Contribute to Team objectives by participating and interacting with professional communication, consistent day-to-day performance, and ability to reliably reach project goals.
- Adhere to company policy, compliance, and leadership direction.
- Show ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
- Work Location: Hybrid (Castle Rock)

Knowledge & Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Show dedication to ongoing professional knowledge, measurable achievement, and skill development.
- Possess understanding of capital markets and financial planning strategies.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. 
- Passionate about acquiring and serving clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Experience:
o 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience. 
o 5-7 years’ experience with direct client-facing personal banking, wealth management, trust, insurance, accounting, or estate account administration as a financial services professional.
- Have demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
- Possess or achieve a valid and active Series 7 license within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
- Possess or achieve a valid and active Series 66 (63/65) within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of continued employment.
- Possess or achieve a valid and active Life/Health insurance license within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Graduate Degree is a plus.
