ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Nina Amey is currently the CIS/CNG/CSC Department Chair and recent Faculty of the Year 19-20. Additionally, she is the Director of the ACC Cyber Center and PI for an ATE/NSF grant concentrating on creating industry-ready students and increasing the female student recruitment and retention in Cybersecurity learning pathways. Teaching Cisco certification and Cybersecurity classes, holding CCNA's in Routing & Switching, Security and Cyberoperations while developing LMS and curriculum solutions for many other classes in the department, she has also trained MS Office Specialist, MCSA and Comptia Network+, A+ and Security+ students to be prepared for the current job market. Her corporate experience has included Network admin, Network consultant, and project management.
The Women of Influence Luncheon Series provides opportunities and a venue for women leaders to network, share their best insights and business practices, and foster connections with others. Each quarterly luncheon will address key issues and solutions to women's advancement.
