Workshop Presenter: Susan Thayer, local Castle Rock entrepreneur
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Susan Thayer has been an Entrepreneur since the age of 25. Focusing mainly on franchising, Susan has experience in management development, advertising, and marketing for multiple franchise companies that include: Mail Boxes Etc./The Ups Store, Sport Clips, and Keller Williams Action Realty.
As an active volunteer of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, Susan served as the chair of the Young Professionals Group, is a graduate of the 2009/2010 Leadership Douglas County Class, served on the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, conducted the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce's Hospitality and Tourism Committee's Customer Service Trainings, co-hosted the Chambers weekly radio show, and received the Ping Lee Jung Memorial Volunteer of the Year Honor in 2012, as well as having been nominated for both Citizen and Business Person of the Year.
